Marketing Campaign of the Day: Volkswagen South Africa invites readers of Auto Trader magazine to “eat the road” with an entirely edible ad.
Ad Week says one of the ad’s supposedly consumption-safe ingredients is propylene glycol, which the EPA warns may cause “brain, liver, and kidney abnormalities,” so you probably shouldn’t actually eat it unless you’re into those things.
